About the Author
Zheng Xinye, professor of the School of Applied Economics, the Renmin University of China, mainly studies empirical public economics, energy economics, microeconomics for development and industrial economics. He is now the dean and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Applied Economics, the Renmin University of China, a specialist researcher of the National Academy of Development and Strategy, and the director of Center for Research on Energy and Resource Strategies.
Zhang Yangyang, assistant professor of the School of Economics, Jinan University, is mainly engaged in studying empirical public economics, microeconomics for development and labor economics.
