About the Content
Contemporary Chinese economic law theory is generating a new type and opening a new stage of development. Based on the existing research in academia, this book discusses three kinds of relationships: government and market, reform and rule of law, Constitution and economic law. On this basis, it focuses on development theory, distribution theory, risk theory and the closely related crisis theory, emphasizing effective development, fair distribution, as well as preventing and resolving related risks and crises. It is an important function and adjustment goal of economic law, and in order to achieve the above functions and goals, we must vigorously promote the construction of the rule of law of economic law, and constantly refine China’s economic rule of law theory.
This book is divided into six chapters, which are ” Introduction: Theoretical Development and Extension of Horizon”, ” Tripartite Relations and Regime Theory”, ” Development Ideas and Development Theories”, ” Distribution as a Main Line and Distribution Theory”, ” Risk Theory and Crisis Response”, and ” Economic Legislation and Rule-of-Law Theory”. The above chapters go on layer by layer, trying to explain: whether it is the adjustment of the “three relations” or the reform of the relevant system, whether it is the implementation of the concept of coordinated development or the optimization of the economic structure, whether it is the solution of the distribution problem or the improvement of the distribution system, whether it is the prevention of risks or the response to the crisis, it needs the guarantee of economic rule of law and the expansion of the economic law theory. The “new vision” of contemporary Chinese economic law theory presented by the above theoretical discussion is of great value to the future development of economic law theory.
