He also assumes other roles in RUC, including vice-chairman of its Academy of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and vice-president of its National Academy of Development and Strategy. Tao has been conferred the titles of Outstanding National Expert in Social Sciences under China\u2019s Ten Thousand Talents Program, New Century Excellent Talent by the Ministry of Education, and Outstanding Expert in Ideological and Cultural Popularization. He has published over 400 academic articles in journals and newspapers such as Studies on Marxism, Qiushi, and People\u2019s Daily.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>About the Content<\/p>\n<p>Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era was first announced during the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in October 2017 and subsequently written into the Party\u2019s Constitution.
